Objective: To explore influence of different processing methods to the contents of asperosaponin Ⅵ and asperosaponin Ⅹ in Dipsaci Radix. Method: The contents of asperosaponin Ⅵ and asperosaponin Ⅹ in Dipsaci Radix were determined by HPLC

the content of asperosaponin Ⅵ increased and the content of asperosaponin Ⅹ decreased in processed samples. Conclusion: Different processing methods could affect saponins content in Dipsaci Radix
