Optimization of Extraction Process of Gusong Jiangu Granules
Objective: To optimize extraction technology for Gusong Jiangu granules. Method: With yield of icariin and dry extract as indexes
orthogonal test was adopted to optimize extraction technology of Gusong Jiangu granules by taking the amount of water
extraction time and extraction times as factors. Result: Optimum extraction process was as following:extracted 3 times with 10 times the amount of water
1 h each time. Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology was effective
reasonable
feasible and applicable for industrial production.
