Multi Wavelength Fusion HPLC Fingerprint of Compound Huangbai Capsules
Objective: To develop a HPLC fingerprint of Compound Huangbai Capsules (CHC) and elucidate main components in CHC. Method: The multi wavelength fusion fingerprint (MWFF) was established by mean principal component analysis. HPLC analysis was performed on an Agilent Zorbax SB-C8 column (4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid as mobile phase by gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1
column temperature was maintained at 35℃
and the wavelength detection range was 210-400 nm. The origin of chromatographic peaks was distinguished by comparing chromatographic profile of CHC with negative samples. The chemical attribution of chromatographic peak was recognized by window target-testing factor analysis technique. Result: The similarity is more than 0.9 between the correlation coefficients of 10 samples and the common pattern. In the common peaks of MWFF
there were of 25 peaks identified the material source
among which chemical attribution of 13 peaks were confirmed. Conclusion: The establishment of MWFF can be helpful for the quality control of CHC.
