摘要

目的: 探讨丹红化瘀口服液治疗单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的临床疗效及对血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)的影响。方法: 60例患者随机分为观察组30例(58眼)和对照组各30例(57眼)。对照组采用羟苯磺酸钙胶囊0.5 g/次

口服

3次/d

6周后2次/d。观察组采用丹红化瘀口服液 20 mL/次

口服

3次/d。两组疗程均为12周。观察视力并进行眼底检查

检测治疗前后VEGF、bFGF水平及血液流变学指标。结果: 观察组有效率82.75%优于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组视力上升优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后观察组眼底微血管病变程度评分、黄斑水肿程度评分及视网膜总循环时间均明显下降

且优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后两组VEGF、bFGF水平明显下降(P<0.01)

观察组VEGF、bFGF水平低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积及红细胞沉降率等血液流变指标的改善均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论: 丹红化瘀口服液治疗单纯型DR有较好的临床疗效

并能改善血液循环;丹红化瘀口服液能降低DR患者VEGF、bFGF水平

从而延缓DR的病情发展。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Danhong Huayu in treatment of diabetic retinopathy (DR) and the influence on vascular endothelial cell growth factor (VEGF) and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF). Method: sixty patients were randomly divided into observation group (n=30
