摘要

目的: 探讨益气养心汤对气阴两亏型慢性心力衰竭患者(CHF)疗效以及血浆N末端B型钠尿肽(NT-proBNP)水平与炎性细胞因子血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)和白介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。方法: 将120例符合条件的轻中度CHF患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各60例

对照组采用西医常规治疗

治疗组在此基础上加服益气养心汤治疗

疗程4周。两组于治疗前后观察患者心功能改善情况

并分别测定血浆NT-proBNP水平以及血清TNF-α

IL-6水平。结果: 两组治疗4周后

患者心功能分级、左室射血分数(LVEF)明显改善

血浆NT-proBNP水平、血清TNF-α

IL-6水平明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01);且治疗组治疗后血浆NT-proBNP水平以及血清TNF-α

IL-6水平下降程度均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论: 益气养心汤具有改善CHF患者心功能

降低血浆 NT-proBNP 水平、血清TNF-α

IL-6水平的作用

其作用机制可能与抑制炎性细胞因子

减轻炎症反应有关。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the effect of Yiqi Yangxin decoction on brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) in plasma and inflammatory cell factor

tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) levels in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF) of Qi and Yin deficient type. Method: One hundred and twenty cases of CHF were equally divided into treatment group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases). The control group was given conventional western treatment

and the treatment group was used Yiqi Yangxin decoction for 4 weeks on the basis of the control group.The cardiac function

the level of NT-proBNP in plasma and the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum were observed before and after treatment. Result: After 4 weeks treatment

the two groups cardiac function and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) were obviously improved

and the levels of NT-proBNP in plasma and TNF-α and IL-6 in serum were obviously decreased;the decline degree of NT-proBNP in plasma and TNF-α and IL-6 in serum of treatment group after treatment was superior to the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: Yiqi Yangxin decoction could significantly improve cardiac function in patients with CHF

reduce the level of plasma NT-proBNP and the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum.Its mechanism may be related to the inhibition of inflammatory cytokines to reduce the inflammatory response.
