Objective: To optimize purification technology parameters of total flavonoids from Albiziae Flos by macroporous resin. Method: With the content of total flavonoids as index
purification technology was optimized by investigating the concentration of sample liquid

et al. Result: Optimum purification technology was as following:2 BV sample liquid (0.2 g·mL-1) passed AB-8 resin
eluted impurities with 4 BV water and 4 BV 10% ethanol
eluted by 5 BV 50% ethanol
collected eluate
purity of total flavones was up to 34.62%. Conclusion: This optimized technology had a better separation and purification capacity for total flavonoids from Albizia julibrissin.
