Objective: To discuss the effect of the serum containing Yougui Pill in inducing bone marrow stem cells to differentiate into neurons-like cells in vitro. Method: Rat bone marrow stromal stem cells (BMSCs) was cultured in DMEM/F-12 medium and inducted into neurons-like cells by serum containning Yougui Pill.
