Pharmacokinetics Study of Guangtongxiao Foam Aerosols in Human Plasma
Objective: To investigate pharmacokinetics process of the major components of Guangtongxiao foam aerosols tetrahydropalmatine (THP) and berberine hydrochloride (Ber) in human. Method: Using LC-MS/MS to measure plasma concentration at different time after rectal administration concentration of Guangtongxiao foam aerosols was determined
