Quality Research on Wild and Cultivated Peucedani Radix in Different Habitat and Different Harvest
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of Peucedani Radix in different habitat and different harvest of the praeruptorin A and B
to provide a scientific basis for the quality evaluation and the reasonable utilization of resources. Method: The chromatographic column was Diamonsil C18 (2) (4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μ m)
mobile phase of methanol-water (75:25)
the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1
the column temperature was 30℃
the detection wavelength was 321 nm
and Pd-Ia
Pd-Ib were used as the control. Result: The praeruptorin A and B have a good linear relationship between the concentration of 0.5-40 mg·L-1
there are some differences between different habitat and different harvest of the praeruptorin A and B in Peucedani Radix. The coefficient of correlation for the regression equation were 1. Conclusion: The quality of Peucedani Radix in Jianxi Province was excellent
the quality was almost the same for wild and cultivated Peucedani Radix in Jianxi Province.
