Objective: The gene-chip technology was used to detect effect of Xiaoliu Baofei pill on tumor metastasis-associated gene expression. Method: The serum containing Xiaoliu Baofei pills in vitro was used to observe PG cells tumor metastasis-associated gene expression. Result: Compared with the treatment group PG cells in the blank group upregulated the expressionof more than 30 genes

matrix metalloproteinase protein and other metastasis-related genes. No down-regulated genes were found. Conclusion: Regulation of Xiaoliu Baofei pill on lung cancer metastasis is a multi-level and multi-targeted.
