摘要

目的: 观察固本平喘汤治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期的临床疗效。方法: 将96例患者随机按数字法分为观察组和对照组。两组均参照"支气管哮喘防治指南(2008)"进行常规治疗

观察组加用固本平喘汤

1剂/d

疗程均为12周。进行治疗前后哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分

肺功能用力呼气量(FEV1)

用力肺活量(FVC)

呼气流速值(PEF)评价

哮喘症状评分

生活质量评价及中医肺肾气虚、寒痰内伏证评分。结果: 观察组治疗有效率93.75%优于对照组的77.08%(P<0.05);观察组ACT各单项评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组肺功能(FEV1

FVC

PEF)的改善均优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组哮喘日间症状和夜间症状评分评分低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)各项评分均明显下降并低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组肺肾气虚、寒痰内伏证评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论: 固本平喘汤能改善支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者临床症状

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the effect of Guben Pingchuan decoction treatment of chronicity-persistent period in bronchial asthma. Method: Niety-six patients were randomly allocated into observational group and control group

48 cases in each. With the reference of bronchial asthma prevention and treatment guidelines (2008) for conventional treatment

the observation group was treated with Guben Pingchuan decoction

were significantly decreased and lower than that of the control group (P<0.01). The scores of Lung and kidney Qi deficiency with Cold phlegm syndrome were lower than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Guben Pingchuan decoction improves the clinical curative effect and patients life quality of chronicity-persistent period in bronchial asthmaand deserves promotion.
