LC-MS-MS Determination of Isofraxidan in Zhongjiefeng Fensanpian
Objective: To establish a method for determining isofraxidan in Zhongjiefeng Fensanpian by LC-MS-MS. Method: Agilent SB-C18(2.1 mm×50 mm
1.8 μm) column was used with methanol-H2O (35: 65) as mobilephase. The flow rate was 0.2 mL·min-1.MS-MS detection in multiple reactions monitoring (MRM) mode using positive electrospray ionization as the ionization source was applied to determine positive ions at (m/z)222.9/189.7
222.9/161.9. Result: Isofraxidan was linear in the range of 0.48-2.40 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 2). The average recovery was 99.3%
and RSD was 0.55% (n=9). Conclusion: The method is simple
rapid
accurate and reliable
which can be used for determination of isofraxidan in Zhongjiefeng Fensanpian.
