摘要

目的: 分析不同产地蛴螬中重金属及有害元素的含量，评价蛴螬的药用安全性，为药材标准的制定提供试验依据。方法: 采用微波消解/电感耦合等离子体质谱（ICP-MS）法和原子吸收法同时测定了5个不同产地蛴螬中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜的含量;并以《中国药典》2010年版一部限量标准为依据，判断蛴螬中重金属及有害元素含量超标情况。结果: 两种方法测定的铅、镉、砷、汞、铜含量无统计学差异。ICP-MS法测定的5批蛴螬中铅平均含量为3.912 mg·kg-1，镉为0.163 mg·kg-1，砷为1.983 mg·kg-1，汞为0.260 mg·kg-1，铜为17.386 mg·kg-1。原子吸收法测定的铅含量为3.777 mg·kg-1，镉为0.155 mg·kg-1，砷为2.044 mg·kg-1，汞为0.252 mg·kg-1，铜为18.027 mg·kg-1。结论: 5批不同产地的蛴螬样品中镉含量均低于《中国药典》2010年版一部规定的限量标准;部分产地的蛴螬样品中铅、铜、砷、汞的含量超过《中国药典》的限量标准。研究从药用安全性角度为蛴螬药材标准的制订提供了参考。
