摘要

目的: 建立枇杷叶药材中熊果酸含量的近红外光谱定量模型，快速测定枇杷叶中熊果酸含量。方法: 用高效液相色谱法测定131批枇杷叶中熊果酸含量，采用二阶导数法预处理近红外光谱，结合偏最小二乘法建立建立枇杷叶中熊果酸含量的定量模型，并进行了内部交叉验证和25个枇杷叶样品的外部预测验证。结果: 所建立的熊果酸近红外光谱定量分析模型，内部交叉验证决定系数达到0.982 46，校正均方差为0.175，预测均方差为0.294，内部交叉验证均方差为0.525 02。结论: 该模型稳定，准确可靠，可应用于枇杷叶中熊果酸的含量测定。

Abstract

Objective: To develop a method for the determination of ursolic acid content in Eriobotrya japonica by near-infrared spectroscopy. Method: The ursolic acid contents of 131 samples were determined by the method of HPLC. NIR spectrograms were measured
