Protective Effect of EtOAc Extract from on Oxidative Damage in PC12 Cells
Objective: To investigate the effects and possible mechanisms of EtOAc extract from Gastrodia elata on oxidative damage of induced by H2O2 in PC12 cells. Method: PC12 cells were cultured and exposed to H2O2(50-100 μmol· L-1)for 2 h to establish oxidative damage model. The protective effect of EtOAc extract was observed by morphological identification
