摘要

目的: 探讨中西医结合治疗老年慢性心衰患者的临床疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法: 将128例老年慢性心衰患者随机分入对照组与观察组，对照组接受常规西医治疗，观察组患者在西医治疗基础上给予益气活血中药治疗，疗程1个月。比较两组临床疗效、心功能及生活质量的差别。结果: 观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组（90.9% vs 69.4%，P<0.05）;观察组治疗后左室射血分数（LVEF）及左室舒张末内径（LVDD）分别为（53.16±2.58）%及（50.31±2.10）mm，均显著优于对照组（46.08±2.15）%和（54.17±2.34）mm （P<0.05）;观察组明尼苏达心衰生活质量表（MLHFQ）体力、情绪、症状评分及总分分别为（12.02±0.85），（4.67±0.28），（8.09±0.26），（29.31±2.74），对照组分别为（15.89±1.04），（5.26±0.35），（10.13±0.42），（35.98±3.14），差别具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论: 中西医结合治疗老年慢性心衰患者可显著提高临床疗效，改善心功能及生活质量。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of integration of Chinese and western medicine in treatment of elderly chronic heart failure and the influence for life quality. Method: One hundred and twenty-eight elderly cases with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control group and experience group. Control group were given western medicine and experience group received integration of Chinese and western medicine treatment. Clinical effect
