摘要

目的：从桂花中分离出三萜类成分，并对其降血脂作用及抗氧化活性进行研究。方法：采用索氏提取法提取桂花，富集三萜类成分，采用灌胃高脂乳剂法建立高脂血症小鼠模型，考察桂花三萜对高脂血症小鼠降血脂作用和抗氧化能力的影响。结果：与高脂模型组相比，三萜类成分给药组血清中TC，TG，LDL-C水平均显著降低，SOD水平显著升高，MDA水平显著下降。结论：桂花三萜类成分具有明显的降血脂和抗氧化活性，其作用机制有待进一步研究。

Abstract
