Clinical Study of Bushen Zhiyi Decoction in the Treatment of Children Enuresis
Objective: To observed the efficacy of Bushen Zhiyi decoction in treating children with nocturnal enuresis. Method: One hundred and thirty-four cases that met the criterion of children with nocturnal enuresis were selected
all subjects were divided randomly into two groups
treatment group (96 cases) and controlled group (38 cases). Treatment group was given Bushen Zhiyi decoction;Controlled group was given meclofenoxate hydrochloride capsules. The clinical effects
the main symptoms and signs before and after four weeks-treatment were observed recorded for comparative analysis. Result: The total effective rates of treatment group (92.71%) were obviously better than that of the controlled group (78.95%). Significant difference was showed (P<0.05)
the treatment group much better than controlled group in improve symptoms of nocturnal enuresis. More significant difference was showed (P<0.01) in the field of relapse rate
the effect of treatment group is more obvious. Conclusion: Bushen Zhiyi decoction in treating children with nocturnal enuresis is safe and effective
