Objective: The research aimed to establish a UPLC-MS-MS method for the determination of aflatoxin B1

G1 and G2 in Gastrodia elata. Method: The samples
G. elata herbs
were extracted by ultrasonic with methanol
filtered by glass fiber filter paper and purified by immuno affinity columns (IAC). Aflatoxin B1

G1 and G2 in G. elata were researched by UPLC-MS-MS. Result: The linear relationships of aflatoxin B1
B2
G1 and G2were good in the scopes of selected concentration. The precision
repeatability and the accuracy were all satisfactory. There was a good result in using the reference material to validate this method. The method is used to determine the concentrations of the four aflatoxins in 30 batches of G. elata herbs and none were detected. Conclusion: The method is scientific
convenient and rapid to take. It can be applied into the determination of aflatoxin B1

G1 and G2 in G. elata herbs. And it provides objective references to help to evaluate the quality of G. elata herbs accurately and comprehensively.
