摘要

目的：测定跌打生骨胶囊中酸可溶性重金属和总重金属的含量。方法：选用人工胃液对跌打生骨胶囊进行前处理，采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法（ICP-MS）全定量模式测定跌打生骨胶囊中酸可溶性重金属和总重金属的含量。结果：总金属回收率试验中镉、铅、铜、砷、汞的回收率均在89%~95%，酸可溶性重金属回收率试验中镉、铅、铜、砷、汞的回收率均在95%~105%。3批大生产样品中重金属含量均<10 μg·L-1，砷盐含量<2 μg·L-1，同批样品中酸可溶性重金属含量与总重金属含量相当，无显著性差异。结论：跌打生骨胶囊中砷、铅、汞、镉、铜5种重金属的含量测定可不列入标准。
