摘要

目的：观察原生痛胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎（痛痹型）的安全性和有效性。方法：采用随机、双盲、多中心、阴性药对照方法，观察原生痛胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎（痛痹型）的患者240例。采用分层区组随机化分组方法，按中心进行分层。通过多中心及随机双盲对照试验，试验组给予原生痛胶囊，口服，每次2粒，2次/d；对照组给予安慰剂，口服，每次2粒，2次/d。疗程均为7 d。结果：两组疼痛疗效、中医证候疗效、疾病疗效、相关体征检查、关节功能试验组优于对照组，两组均无不良反应。结论：原生痛胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎（痛痹型）疗效确切，其疗效优于对照组安慰剂。

Objective: To observe the safety and efficiency of Yuanshengtong capsule for treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Method: The randomized
