摘要

目的：评价炎琥宁联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效和安全性。方法：计算机检索Pubmed，Embase，CENTRAL，CBM，CNKI，VIP和万方等中英文数据库，纳入随机对照文献（RCT），有两名评价员独立选择试验和评价质量后，提取有效数据进行Meta分析。结果：共纳入29个RCT，病例共3 105例。Meta分析结果显示，炎琥宁联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的总有效率、退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、啰音消失时间、X射线消失时间、治愈时间等指标上与单用阿奇霉素治疗均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：炎琥宁联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效优于单用阿奇霉素，但需更多设计严谨的高质量、大样本、多中心的随机对照试验加以验证。

Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Yanhuning combined with Azithromycin in treatment of the child mycoplasma pneumonia. Method: Pubmed

VIP and Wanfang database were searched for clinical trials. The two evaluators choose trials and evaluated quality

valid data were entered Meta-analysis. Result: Twenty-nine randomized clinical trials(RCT) and 3 105 cases were included. From the results of Meta-analysis

the effectiveness of Yanhuning group was superior to the control group in the overall efficiency

X-ray disappearance time and healing time. Conclusion: The anhuning combined with Azithromycin may have a certain effect on the mycoplasma pneumonia

but more high-quality RCT shhould be needed.
