Study on HPLC Fingerprint of Arnebiae Radix Smashing Tissue Extraction with Ethanol
Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Arnebiae Radix smashing tissue extraction with ethanol and reflect the chemical information comprehensively and provide evidence for quality control. Method: HPLC was used on a Kromasil 100-5 C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm) by gradient elution with solvent system composed of water-formic acid (300:0.5)-acetonitrile
detection wavelength was 275 nm
the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1
the column temperature was set at 25 ℃. Result: HPLC fingerprint of Arnebiae Radix smashing tissue extraction with ethanol was established
which showed 13 characteristic peaks from 10 batches of crude drug. Among them
the No 4
6
10 peaks were respectively identified as shikonin
acetylshikonin
and β
β'-dimethylacryl alkannin. Conclusion: The method is simple and has good precision
reproducibility and stability
and can be applied to the quality control the Arnebiae Radix smashing tissue extraction with ethanol
also provide a quality assurance for further pharmacological studies and preparation research.
