摘要

目的：研究都匀楼梯草Elatostema duyunens乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法：利用硅胶色谱及重结晶进行化学成分分离与纯化，根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果：从都匀楼梯草全草中分离鉴定了6个化合物，分别为：山奈酚-4’，7-二甲基-3-O-葡萄糖苷（1）、槲皮素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷（2）、山奈酚-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷（3）、洋芹素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷（4）、胡萝卜苷（5）、棕榈酸（6）。结论：化合物1~6为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract

Objective: To study the constituents of the whole plant of Elatostema duyunens. Method: The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel and recrystallisation. Their structures were identified by their physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic data. Result: Ten compounds were isolated and identified as kaempferol-4'

7-dimethyl-3-O-glucoside

quercetin-7-O-β-D-gluoopyranoside

kaempferol-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside

apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside

daucosterol

and hexadecanoic acid. Conclusion: Compounds of 1-6 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
