摘要

目的：对不同种属、不同产地重楼属植物中甾体皂苷（重楼皂苷Ⅰ、重楼皂苷Ⅱ、重楼皂苷Ⅵ、重楼皂苷Ⅶ）含量进行对比研究，为重楼属药材合理利用提供理论依据。方法：采用HPLC-UV法测定重楼属4种药材中重楼皂苷Ⅰ、重楼皂苷Ⅱ、重楼皂苷Ⅵ、重楼皂苷Ⅶ的含量。Agela Venusil XBP-C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm），流动相A相为乙腈，B相为水，梯度洗脱（0~5 min，34%~44%A；5~15 min，44%~49%；15~18 min，49%~50.5%；18~22 min，50.5%~51.8%；22~25 min，51.8%~52.5%；25~30 min，52.5%~53.5%），检测波长203 nm，流速1.0 mL·min-1，柱温25 ℃，进样量20 μL。结果：不同种属、不同产地的重楼属植物中甾体皂苷含量和组成有显著性差异。结论： 4种重楼属植物具有化学等同性，花叶重楼、毛重楼可替代重楼使用。

Abstract

Objective: In order to provide theoretical basis for proper utilization of the plants of paris genus in chinese Traditional medicine

the article compared content of paris-Ⅰ

paris-Ⅱ

paris-Ⅵ and paris-Ⅶ from various plants of different species and habits of paris genus. Method: HPLC-UV method was established. Result: The content and compounds of steroid saponin in plants of paris genus existed significant difference from various species. Conclusion: The four kinds of plants of paris genus owed the same chemistry quality. And P. polyphylla var. pubescens and P. violacea can be used as Rhizoma Paridis in Chinese medication.
