摘要

目的：基于小鼠游泳计算机自动控制系统，考察人参的抗疲劳作用。方法：将小鼠随机分成5组，人参低、中、高剂量组每天分别灌胃给予2.5，5，10 g·kg-1的人参水煎液，空白组和气虚模型组则灌胃给予等体积的蒸馏水，连续灌胃14 d，每天1次。除空白组给足量饲料外，其余4组限制饲料（125 g·kg-1·d-1）。选用已完善的小鼠游泳计算机自动控制系统，观察人参对游泳计算机自动管理系统的指标评价体系的影响及对气虚小鼠体重，运动后血乳酸（LAC）和尿素氮（BUN）的影响。结果： 10 g·kg-1人参水煎液能延长气虚小鼠负重游泳的下沉时间（ST）和死亡时间（TD），增加不动时间（IT）、游泳时间（SWT）、首次下沉时间（FST）、游泳距离（SWD）及不动时间比率（ITR），减少游泳时间比率（SWR）；并能明显增加气虚小鼠体重；降低运动后的血乳酸（LAC）、血清尿素氮（BUN）。结论：人参能提高气虚小鼠的抗疲劳能力，且从行为学上看人参可使不动时间比率延长、游泳时间比率缩短而增加耐力。

Objective: To observe the anti-fatigue effect of Panax ginseng on qi deficiency model mice. Method: Mice were randomly divided into five groups:three treatment groups(P. ginseng orally given for 14 days
