Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprint of the extract of physical defatted roasted Raphani Semen. Method: Yilit Hypersil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm

showing 10 characteristic peaks. The HPLC fingerprint similarity of the extract of physical defatted roasted Raphani Semen from ten different growing areas is greater than 0.96. Conclusion: This method is stable
accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used to evaluate the qualitative identification of the extract of physical defatted roasted Raphani Semen.
