摘要

目的：建立瑶药竹叶风质量控制方法，为该药材质量标准的制订提供实验依据。方法：采用性状、显微和薄层色谱法（TLC）对竹叶风进行定性鉴别，参照《中国药典》（2010年版）方法进行水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分检查和浸出物测定，采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射法（HPLC-ELSD）测定岩白菜素和百两金皂苷A含量。结果：上述鉴别方法专属性强，12批样品水分平均为10.8%，总灰分平均为2.5%，酸不溶性灰分平均为0.6%，醇溶性浸出物平均为17.8%，岩白菜素含量平均为0.14%，百两金皂苷A含量平均为0.28%。根据试验结果制订了竹叶风药材质量控制方法。结论：建立的竹叶风质量控制方法简便、准确、重复性好，可有效控制竹叶风药材质量。

Abstract

Objective: To establish quality control method of Yao medicine Ardisia crispa

and provide the experimental basis for the formulation of quality standards of A.crispa. Method: Qualitative identification was made by characteristics of material medica
