摘要

目的：系统评价中药治疗新鲜骨折的有效性和安全性。方法：电子检索中文科技期刊全文数据库（VIP）、中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、万方数据库、中国生物医学数据库（CBM）、PuBMED、Cochrane图书馆，手工检索相关期刊，收集中药内服治疗新鲜骨折的RCT。检索时限均从建库至2012年12月31日。由2名研究人员依据纳入与排除标准选择试验、提取资料和评价质量后，采用RevMan 5.1.4软件进行Meta分析。结果：纳入30个RCT，共3 451例患者，Meta分析结果显示：与对照组比较，中药内服更能提高骨折愈合的有效率[OR=3.02
