摘要

对中医药在阿尔兹海默病（AD）的治疗中的效果进行分析，AD的病因复杂，已经提出的学说包括Aβ沉积学说、氧化应激学说、炎症反应学说、Tau蛋白异常磷酸化学说等。作者对近年来诸多动物及细胞实验做一初步总结，归纳其中涉及的作用机制。中医药治疗阿尔兹海默病是通过多靶点、多途径来发挥效果的，这也是其优势所在。AD的主要病理特征包括神经元丢失、老年斑及细胞内神经原纤维缠结的形成。值得注意的是，一个复方对AD的治疗同样是多靶点、多途径的：如地黄饮子可以提高细胞抗氧化作用并改善胆碱能系统功能；地黄益智方可以调节细胞凋亡并抑制Tau蛋白异常磷酸化；天参益智方也可以影响中枢神经递质并抑制细胞凋亡。到目前为止，甚至在将来很长一段时间内，复方药物有着不可替代的作用。

Abstract

Alzheimer's disease is the most common neurodegenerative disorder to date. Pathological features include:neuronal loss

extracellular senile plaques and intracellular neuronal neurofibrillary tangles formed. The etiology of AD is complex

included aggregation of amyloid beta-peptide

oxidative stress

inflammatory process

abnormal phosphorylation of Tau protein. Chinese medicine in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease has a good effect

many experiments demonstrate the mechanism from many aspects

in this paper we summarize the animal and cell experiments in recent years

in order to be beneficial for future research.
