摘要

目的: 分析匙羹藤叶石油醚浸泡物的化学成分。方法: 用石油醚浸泡匙羹藤叶

并用GC-MS法分离分析其成分及相对含量。结果: 从匙羹藤叶的石油醚浸泡物分离出13个化学成分

鉴定了11个化学成分

占总质量的99.35%。结论: 匙羹藤叶石油醚浸泡物主要的化学成分是正十六烷酸

22-二十四烷六烯和十八烷

分别占总质量的23.28%

26.34%

21.35%

研究结果为匙羹藤叶化学成分的研究提供了科学依据。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the chemical compositions and their relative content of the petroleum ether immersion of the leaves of Gymnema sylvestre. Method: The chemical compositions of petroleum ether immersion of leaves of Gymnema sylvestre were separated and identified by GC-MS. Result: Thirteen compositions were found and 11 compositions were identified in the petroleum ether immersion. Conclusion: The principal chemical compositions in petroleum ether immersion were n-hexadecanoic acid

23-hexamethyl-2

22-tetracosa hexaene and octadecane

accounting for 23.28%

26.34% and 21.35% of all quantity respectively. The research could provide scientific basis for chemical composition researches of leaves of Gymnema sylvestre.
