目的: 研究六月青一种木脂素苷(6R

8S)-7α-[(β-glucopyranosyl)oxy] lyoniresinol的抗氧化活性。方法: 采用酶标仪微量法和紫外-可见光分光光度法

以维生素C为阳性对照

分别测定(6R

8S)-7α-[(β-glucopyranosyl)oxy] lyoniresinol对1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH ·)自由基、羟基自由基(·OH)和超氧阴离子自由基(O-2·)的清除能力。结果: (6R

8S)-7α-[(β-glucopyranosyl)oxy] lyoniresinol对DPPH·(半数清除率IC50 8.11 mg·L-1)

·OH(IC50 21.61 mg·L-1)和O-2·(IC50 10.30 mg·L-1)均具有清除作用

且呈明显的量效关系。结论: (6R

8S)-7α-[(β-glucopyranosyl)oxy] lyoniresinol在体外有明显的抗氧化作用。

Abstract

Objective: To study the antioxidant activity of (6R

8S)-7α-[(β-glucopyranosyl)oxy] lyoniresinol from Tarphochlamys affinis. Method: With microtitration assay and ultra-violet-visible (UV-Vis) spectrophotometry

effect of (6R

8S)-7α-[(β-glucopyranosyl)oxy] lyoniresinol on clearance rate of 1

1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical 2

2-diphenyl-1-(2

6 trinitrophenyl) hydrazyl(DPPH·)

hydroxyl radical·OH and superoxide anion O-2· were determined with Vitamin C(Vc) as positive control. Result: (6R

8S)-7α-[(β-glucopyranosyl)oxy] lyoniresinol had scavenging capability against DPPH·(half clearance rate concentration IC50 8.11 mg·L-1)

·OH(IC50 21.61 mg·L-1) and O-2·(IC50 10.30 mg·L-1) radicals and has a good dose-responses with the concentration. Conclusion: (6R

8S)-7α-[(β-glucopyranosyl)oxy] lyoniresinol has the stronger antioxidant activity.
