摘要

目的: 检测子宫内膜异位症异位内膜组织Rho家族重要成员(RhoA

RhoB

RhoC)的mRNA表达

初步探讨Rho家族在子宫内膜异位症发病中的意义。方法: 采用定量RT-PCR技术

检测异位内膜组织Rho家族的mRNA表达。结果: RhoA

RhoC mRNA在异位内膜中的表达低于在位内膜的表达

与正常内膜结果比较P<0.05

表达差异具有显著意义。RhoB的mRNA表达在异位内膜和在位内膜中没有差异性。结论: 子宫内膜异位症的发病可能与RhoA

RhoC的低表达有关。

Abstract

Objective: To detect Rho family (RhoA

RhoB

RhoC) mRNA expression and study the role of Rho family in endometriosis. Method: Quantified RT-PCR technique was used in the detection. Result: RhoA and RhoC mRNA expression in endometriosis was lower than that in normal endometrium markedly (P<0.05

vs normal). RhoB mRNA expression didn't show any distinction between the groups. Conclusion: Endometriosis may be related to the low expression of RhoA and RhoC.
