Determination of the Content of Eight Ingredients in Jiangzhiling Tables by HPLC
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of aurantioobtusin
aloe-emodin
rhein
chrysoobtusin
obtusin
emodin
chrysophanol
physcion in Jiangzhiling tables. Method: The separation was performed on a Phenomsil-C18 ODS(4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm) column with the gradient elution of acetonitrile-water of 0.1% phosphoric acid at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength at 284 nm and the column temperature was set at 30 ℃. Result: Aurantioobtusin

physcion had good linearity in the ranges of 0.10-0.50

with RSDs of the recoveries were less than 2.0%. Conclusion: The developed method is rapid
accurate with high repeatability and stability
which is helpful to meet the content determination requirements of Jiangzhiling tables.
