摘要

目的：建立HPLC测定增液汤中麦冬皂苷D’含量的方法。方法：采用DiamonsilTM C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×200 mm，5 μm），柱温33 ℃，流动相水-乙腈（体积比52：48），流速0.80 mL·min-1，检测波长208 nm。结果：麦冬皂苷D’的质量浓度在 0.018~0.180 g·L-1与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 9），平均回收率为99.4%，RSD 0.73%（n=9）。结论：该方法简便、准确，可用于增液汤的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the content of ophiopogonin D' in Zengye decoction. Method: The DiamonsilTMC18(4.6 mm×200 mm

5 μm)was used at 33 ℃.The mobile phase consisted of a mixture of water-actonitrile(52:48) at a flow rate of 0.80 mL·min-1

the detection wavelength was set at 208 nm. Result: The calibration curve was linear within the ranges of 0.018-0.180 g·L-1 (r=0.999 9) for ophiopogonin D'.The average recovery of ophiopogonin D'was 99.4% (RSD 0.73%

n=9). Conclusion: This method is simple

accurate.It can be used for the quality control of Zengye decoction.
