摘要

目的：研究锦灯笼药材的显微特征，并制定显微鉴定标准。方法：锦灯笼药材的宿萼、果柄、果皮、种子等组织制片采用福尔马林-醋酸-乙醇（FAA）固定液固定，石蜡制片法制备；锦灯笼药材粉末制片采用水合氯醛透化，稀甘油封片的方法。OLYMPUS DP72光学显微镜观察并对主要的组织构造和粉末显微特征进行摄影。结果：锦灯笼药材的组织切片每个部位不低于5张，对10批锦灯笼药材样品的粉末显微特征进行了观察，特征清晰明显，符合显微鉴定要求。结论：为制定锦灯笼药材的显微鉴定标准提供了参考。
