摘要

通过对 6 3例免疫性血小板减少性紫癜患者的临床疗效观察表明 :牛角地黄冲剂能显著地改善出血症状

升提血小板数和长期维持血小板于较高水平

对血热妄行的显效率和良好率高于气不摄血型。

Abstract

Through the curative effects of the clinical observations to 63 immune thrombopenic purport patients

the results indicated:Bubali Radic Rehmanniae granule may control the hemorrhage symptom effectively

and raise the thrombocytes and also maintain a high level of blood platelets. The rate of the marked and good curative effect to the fire force blood to flow out of the vessels with the medicine is higher than qi failing to contain blood （ P <0.01）.
