摘要

目的 :研究愈风汤（YFT）对兴奋性氨基酸（excitatoryaminoacids

EAA）加重迟发性神经元死亡（delayedneuronaldeath

DND）的防治作用。方法 :采用大鼠短暂脑缺血再灌注造成DND动物模型

以氯胺酮为对照

观察YFT对脑缺血再灌注 6、2 4、168h后血清及海马中SOD、MDA含量变化

并用电镜及光镜观察了再灌注 168h后海马CA1区的病理变化。结果 :YFT可降低DND动物血及海马中MDA含量、增加SOD含量

减轻脑缺血所致病理损害。结论 :YFT对EAA加重DND的作用有较好防治作用

且具有量效关系。

Abstract

To observe the effect of Yufeng Tang（YFT） on preventing delayed neuronal death （DND） worsened by EAA

we used cerebral isocheimal reperfusion model

explored effects of YFT on SOD activity

MDA levels in serum and hippocampus of rats following 6

168h after reperfusion was researched. Reperfusion 168h later

cerebral ischemia was observed with light microscope and electron microscope. Result showed YFT enhanced SOD activity

reduced MDA levels in serum and hippocampus

prevented and treated DND in some degree.
