摘要

将 6月龄大鼠在麻醉状态下

分离出颈内和颈外动脉

由颈外动脉向颈内动脉插入直径为 0 3mm的鱼线 15mm

在血液正常流动状态下保留 12 0min。于造型 2 4h后取出血测定不同剪切速率下的全血粘度、红细胞聚集指数、聚集面积、变形指数、变形面积及Txb2 、6 keto PGF1α、白细胞介素的变化。结果表明

大鼠造型 2 4h后血粘度

红细胞聚集指数、血栓素升高、IL 1、IL 2、6 keto PGF1α降低

Txb2 6 keto PGF1α比值倒置。造型大鼠灌服健脑宁、复方丹参片后上述指标得到明显改善

为健脑宁能治疗脑血栓指供了药理学基础。

Abstract

By using model of MCAO which is made by additional minute line （Φ 3mm） in arteria carotis intema for 120min of anesthetic rat. The experimental result showed that JNN could significantly alleviaete these changes:JNN 11.25g medicinal herbs/kg and 5.625g medicinal herbs/kg could improve the decrease of whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity （P<0.01

P<0.05 compared with vehicle group）; could inhibit of the erythrocyte aggregation （P<0.01

P<0.05 compared with vehicle group）; could increase of the erythrocyte deformational activity （P<0.05

compared with vehicle group）; could increase content of 6-keto-PGF-{2α} （JNN 11.25g 5.625 medicinal herbs/kg P<0.01

compared with vehicle group） and IL-1 β（JNN 11.25g medicinal herbs/kg P<0.05 compared with vehicle group）

IL-2（JNN 11.25g

5.625 medicinal herbs/kg P<0.05 compared with vehicle group） in blood serum （JNL 11.25g medicinal herbs/kg P<0.05

P<0.05 compared with vehicle group）; Could increase of TXBS（JNN 11.25g

5.625 medicinal herbs/kg P<0.01

compared with vehicle group） in blood plasma.
