Object:To study chemical constituents of polyhexoses fraction from FBD.Methods:FBD polyhexoses were segregated and purified with Sephadex G-75、G-150.Their molecular weights were measured with HPLC-ELSD;The components and proportions of monosaccharides were hydrolyzed and analyzed with GC.Results:We obtained polyhexoses PsA、PsB、PsC from FBD and measured their molecular weights as 1777577

PsB consisted of Rhamnose、glucose and fructose
PsC consisted of Rhamnose、mannose and fructose.Conclusion:We determined the chemical constituents of polyhexoses fraction from FBD.
