摘要

目的:实验研究肿节风及其分离部位对免疫性血小板减少性紫癜小鼠的作用

找出肿节风的有效作用部位。方法:注射外源性抗体造成BALBC小鼠免疫性血小板减少

灌胃给药肿节风及其分离部位

观察肿节风及其分离部位对模型动物外周血象和脾脏、肾上腺、胸腺重量的影响。结果:肿节风及部位Ⅰ有提升血小板作用

肿节风组动物的肾上腺、胸腺重量无明显变化

而部位Ⅰ组胸腺重量明显增重。结论:肿节风有抗免疫性血小板减少性紫癜作用

肿节风分离部位Ⅰ为抗免疫性血小板减少性紫癜的有效部位。

Abstract

Aim:To observe the effect of Sarcand glabra and its separated parts on Immunologic Thrombocytopenic Purpura（ITP） in mice

and to find the effective separated part of Sarcand glabra.Methods:ITP BALB/C mice were induced by injecting extrinsic antibody

Then we investigated the change of peripheral blood picture and the weight of spleen

adrenal gland

thymus gland of mice after administering Sarcand glabra and its separated parts.Results:Sarcand glabra and separated parts Ⅰ had effect on increasing the number of blood platelet.No obvious change of the weight of spleen

adrenal gland

thymus gland was found in Sarcand glabra group.The weight of thymus gland in separated part Ⅰ group has obvious increased.Conclusion:Sarcand glabra has effect on treating Immunologic Thrombocytopenic Purpura and separated part Ⅰ is the effective part of Sarcand glabrain.
