摘要

目的:观察虎金丸对肝纤维化大鼠胶原增生及Ⅳ型胶原（ⅣC）表达的影响。方法:以CCl4复制肝纤维化大鼠动物模型

采用VG染色、免疫组化技术观察虎金丸对肝纤维化胶原增生及ⅣC表达的影响。结果:CCl4肝纤维化大鼠模型肝组织胶原纤维明显增生、ⅣC表达较正常对照组明显增强

虎金丸能抑制肝纤维化大鼠胶原增生及ⅣC在肝纤维化大鼠肝组织中的表达。结论:虎金丸有抗肝纤维化作用。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the effect of Hujin Pill on fibrous hyperplasia and express of collagen Ⅳ in liver fibrosis rats.Methods:Model of liver fibrosis were induced by subcutaneous injection of CCl4 and treated with Hujin Pill.The changes of fibrous hyperplasia and express of collagen Ⅳ of the rats’ liver were observed with Van Gieson stain and immunohistochemistry.Results:The fibrous hyperplasia of liver and the express of collagen Ⅳ in liver fibrosis rats’ model had been markedly increased than that of control group.However

Hujin Pill could restrain fibrous hyperplasia and express of collagen Ⅳ in liver fibrosis rats.Conclusion:Hujin Pill was effective in treatment of CCl4-induced liver fibrosis.
