Effects of Quyuningtong Paster on Hemorheological Parameters, PlateletAggregation and Thrombus Formation in Acute Blood Stasis Rats
Objective:To investigate the effects of Quyuningtong Paster(QYNTP) on hemorheological parameters
platelet aggregation and thrombus formation in vitro in acute blood stasis rats. Methods:The acute blood stasis model in rats were established with subcutaneous injection of high-dose adrenaline hydrochloride and being socked in ice-water. The effects of QUNTP on the indexes of hemorheology
platelet aggregation and thrombus formation in vitro in acute blood stasis model rats were observed. Results: The QYNTP(0.3g/kg、0.9g/kg、1.8g/kg) could not only significantly reduce the viscosity of whole blood
viscosity of plasma
content of fibrinogen
packed volume of erythrocyte
slow down the erythrocyte sedimentation rate and shorten the erythrocyte electrophoresis time
it also remarkably inhibit the platelet aggregation and thrombus formation in vitro (respectively P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion:QYNTP could obviously ameliorate the hemorheological parameters
inhibit platelet aggregation and thrombus formation in acute blood stasis rats.
