Protective Effects of Divitamins Notonginseng and Cinnarizine Capsules on Global Cerebral Ischemia Reperfusion Injury of Rats
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Divitamins Notonginseng and Cinnarizine Capsules(DNCC) on the global cerebral ischemia reperfuion injury. Methods:Ligating bilateral common carotid arteries and bilateral centrum arteries for ten minutes
and then reperfusing 72 hours induced the global cerebral ischemia reperfusion model.Observing the influence of DNCC on theelectroencephalogram(EEG)
learning and memorizing abilities
brain index
water containing
and the number of the neuron alive. Results:DNCC can obviously reduce the decreasing scope of EEG
short recovering time of EEG after reperfusion
reduce learning and memorizing disturbance
brain index and water containing
and improve the living cells at hippocampi after reperfusion for 72 hours. Conclusion:DNCC can strongly protect the brains impaired by global cerebral ischemia reperfusion.
