摘要

目的通过动物实验了解中药治疗痛经巴布剂的药理作用。方法进行扭体试验、对痛经模型大鼠前列腺素E2（PGE2）的影响、对家兔离体子宫平滑肌收缩的影响及对催产素所致家兔离体子宫剧烈收缩的影响四项试验。结果中药治疗痛经巴布剂能抑制催产素所致的大鼠扭体反应;抑制家兔离体子宫平滑肌收缩;抑制催产素所致家兔离体子宫剧烈收缩;降低痛经模型大鼠PGE2水平。结论中药治疗痛经巴布剂能够治疗动物实验性痛经。

Abstract

Objectives:To study the anti-dysmenorrhea effect of Tongjing Plaste.Methods:Four experimental observations were carried out twisting body reaction of rat

the effect on the concentration of PGE

of rat models of dysmenorrhea

the effect on extracorporeal uterine smooth muscle of rabbits

the effect on extracorporeal uterine smooth muscle of rabbits which sensitized by oxytocin.Results:Tongjing Plaster evidently inhibited twisting body reaction of rat models of dysmenorrhea

reduced the frequency and extent of contraction in normal extracorporeal uterine smooth muscle and in uterine muscle sensitized by oxytocin

and decreased the level of PGE

Conclusion:Tongjing Plaster can alleviate experimental dysmenorrhea.
