摘要

目的:探讨消更延经胶囊治疗更年期综合征的作用机理。方法:摘除大鼠卵巢

口服给药30d后

取血清测定E2、LH、FSH

取脑测5-HT、NE、DA、5-HIAA含量

取子宫称重。结果:给药后可使大鼠升高的血清FSH、LH水平显著降低

对明显降低的E2水平有一定的升高作用。对脑组织升高的5-HT、5-HIAA含量及5-HT/NE比值均有明显的降低作用

但对NE、DA含量及5-HIAA/5-HT比值无明显影响。增加去卵巢大鼠体重和子宫重量。结论:消更延经胶囊可通过调节性腺和植物神经机能改善和治疗更年期综合征。

Abstract

Objective:To discuss the mechanism of "Xiao Geng Yan Jing" capsule for treating menopausal syndrome.Methods:Extirpation of ovaries of rats was cartied out.After 30 days of oral administration

serum was collected to determine the contents of estradiol（E

）、luteinizing hormone（LH）、follicle-stimulation hormone（FSH）

The contents of 5-hydroxytryptamine（5-HT）、norepinephrine（NE）、dopamine（DA） and 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid（5-HIAA） in brain was determined.The uterus was weighed.Results:The experiment showed that "Xiao Geng Yan Jing" capsule could decrease the levels of FSH and LH obviously

and increase the level of E

.For the brain of castrated rats

it could decrease 5-HT、5-HIAA contents and 5-HT/NE.But for NE、DA contents and 5-HIAA/5-HT it have no influence.Moreover

this medicine can increase the weight of the castrated rat and their uterus.Conclusion:"Xiao Geng Yah Jing" capsule can improve and treat menopausal syndrome though the mechanism of adjusting sexual gland and nervous function.
