The Effect of Optimized Danggui Shaoyao San(FBD) on Cerebral Ischemia Reperfusion
Objective:To research the protective effect and mechanism of FBD on cerebral ischemia reperfusion. Methods:Rat model of cerebral ischemia was established by applying middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO).Effect of FBD on cerebral functions
infarction percentage
water-contained percentage
biochemical indices and histology of the rat brains after MCAO were in vestigated.Effect of FBD on the blood brain barrier permeability of mice after cerebral ischemia reperfusion were also investigated. Results:FBD can obviously decrease the cerebral function score
cerebral infarct size and water content
improve the activities of Na
+
-K
+
-ATPase and Ca
2+
-ATPase.reduce the content of MDA and NO of rat brains(P
<
0.05~0.01)
repair pathological injury of ischemia-reperfusion rat.FBD can remarkably decrease blood brain barrier permeability of mice after cerebral ischemia reperfusion(P
<
0.05).Conclusion:FBD has good effects on cerebral ischemia reperfusion.
