摘要

目的:探讨金葵胃药（JK）对大鼠胃粘膜损伤的保护作用。方法:采用阿司匹林灌胃致大鼠粘膜损伤模型

观察各实验组胃粘膜损伤指数。检测血清中肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）、内皮素（ET）和白细胞介素-1β（IL-1β）的含量变化。结果:JK组的胃粘膜损伤指数较模型对照组显著降低;血清中TNF-α含量下降

而IL-1β含量明显上升;ET有下降趋势

但无显著性差异。结论:JK对大鼠胃粘膜损伤具有保护作用

其机制可能与提高血清中IL-1β含量和降低TNF-α水平有关。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the protective effects of Jin Kui Gastric Drug（JK） on gastric mucosal lesion in rats.Methods:The model of gastric mucosal lesion in rats was induced by aspirin

the indexes of gastric mucosal lesion in experimental groups were observed and determined respectively

the contents of tumour necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）

endothelin（ET） and interleukin-1β（IL-1β） in blood serum were measured. Results:The indexes of gastric mucosal lesion after administration of JK was obviously reduced compared with model group.The coutents of TNFα was markedly decreased and the levels of IL-1β was significantly increased. The contents of ET was also reduced

but it showed no difference between JK group and control.Conclusion:JK can protect gastric mucosal lesion in rats and its mechanism may be related to decrease in contents of TNF-α

ET and increase of the IL-1β level.
