摘要

目的:建立安眠补脑糖浆中2

4-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量测定方法。方法:HPLC法

流动相:乙睛-水（21∶79）;检测波长:320 nm。结果:2

4-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的线性范围为（25.70

79.90）μg

平均回收率为97.5%

RSD为1.6%。结论:方法简便可靠

可有效地控制安眠补脑糖浆的质量。

Abstract

Objective:To set up a method for determining 2

4-Tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside Anmian Bunao Tangjiang.Methods:HPLC

mobile phase:acetonitrile-water（21∶79）

detection wavelenpth:320 nm.Results:Linearity of 2

4-Tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside was ottainedin in the range of（25.70～179.90） μg.The average recovery and RSD were 97.5% and 1.8%.Conclusin:The method was available for quality control of Anmian Bunao Tangjiang.
