Influences of Total Glycosides of Polygala aureocauda Dunn on Hemorheological Parameters in Blood Stasis Rat and Hyperlipemia Rabbit
Objective:To observe the effects of total glycosides of Polygala aureocauda Dunn(PTS) on blood hemorheological parameters.Methods:The model of acute blood stasis was established with high-molecular weight dextran in rat and the hemorheological parameters of the model were observed.The rabbits model of blood stasis was established with hyperlipidemic diet and the hemorheological parameters were observed.Results:As compared with model groups

middle and low groups of PTS could effectively prevent the ascending of whole blood viscosity and fibrinogen.Conclusion:The results suggest that the effect of PTS may be related to hemorheological improvement with decreased whole blood viscosity and improved circulatation in blood stasis rat and hyperlipemia rabbit.
